Spaulding Farm : Greenville, SC

First developed in the early 1990s, Spaulding Farm is named for the original Spaulding family farm. Located just south of I-85 on Hwy 14. Mostly custom built traditionals. Lot sizes range from about 1/3 acre to an acre. Pool area includes two community pools manned by lifeguards in the summer - one with a diving board, plus one baby pool. Also includes playground, picnic area, bathhouse with attached pavilion, clubhouse with exercise room, and two tennis courts. New clubhouse with large porch and courtyard will be ready for the summer of '08, at which time the exercise facilities in the current clubhouse will be expanded. Teams include Swim Team and Ladies' Tennis Team. Ladies clubs include Book Club, Garden Club, Bunko, and 3 and Under Playgroup. Men's clubs include Garden Club (a.k.a. sports spectators club), Card Games Club, and tennis. A variety of family and adult parties, golf tournament, etc. are held for neighbors throughout the year.
